Busy Week

Busy next couple of days. Tomorrow I work all day, then Wednesday morning at 9am I'm going up to New York. I have a fitting at 2pm for my Thursday photo shoot. After the fitting I'm hoping to meet up with my friend Shakyra, (that's her and I above with MTV's Status Quo @ America's Got Talent (blog recap here). Be sure to watch America's Got Talent June 23rd on NBC, we might be on it!) Then it's an all day shoot on Thursday for a DIY clothing book designed by Tina Sparkles .You can read an interview and see a sample of her cuutttee stuff here. Hopefully I'll get to keep something :) The photographer for the photo shoot is Erica Beckman with a huge crew of about 15 (hair stylist, art director, photo assistants, photo interns etc). It's a sweet paid gig, and it's for possibly the cover of the book :)

Then my little sister flies in on Friday, and the house party on Saturday! So, busy next couple of days!! I'll try to post if I can, but stay up dated with me on Twitter (they are also posted on the left of my blog :) And stay tuned for behind the scenes pics of the photo shoot and more!

My New Car!!

Just got it last night, isn't it cute!! Had to trade in the old 350Z... going to need a 4 seater for the new place! Plus I need a convertible ;) Pictures of me driving with the top off (the cars, not mine of course) coming soon!!

Does This Happen To Anyone Else...

Does this shit ever happen to anyone else?... those damn little pod things get all stuck together, and then one pops all over your hand... damnit, they work so good though...

Are Amy Adams And Isla Fisher The Same Person?

Did anyone else think this was the same person?... I though the chick that is going to be in the Shopaholic movie (that I'm dying to see), was the same one in that Petegrew movie... Apparently they were separated at birth. Silly girls. Even Isla (right, I think) commented on their likeness:

"If Shopaholic is a hit, then it was Isla Fisher in the movie, and if it doesn't work out, it was Amy Adams."

Extreme Underwater Ironing

Originally pioneered by a group of Germans, Extreme Underwater Ironing it's the act of taking an ironing board and electric iron (minus the electricity) setting it all up, and taking photos to prove it. Though don't think you're going to just go snap some pics and call it a day. Oh no, be sure to abide by the Official Guidelines. And I've heard a bit of cross dressing has made the attempt more entertaining.... The Official Oceania Extreme Underwater Ironing record now stands at 70 ironers and was set by a Victorian Dive club in a pool.... Really? Really? Come on.
